Direct Vent Fireplaces
A sealed glass front draws combustion air from outdoors and sends exhaust outside. Direct vent is a strong choice when you want a gas fireplace with controlled venting and dependable supplemental heat.

01Installation & conversion
We install new fireplaces in existing homes and new construction, and convert existing wood-burning fireplaces to gas. As an authorized dealer for White Mountain Hearth, RH Peterson, Monessen and Majestic, we can help you compare the right venting, size, heat output and style before installation.
02Compare your options
The best fit depends on where the fireplace will go, how you want to use it and what venting is possible in your home.
A sealed glass front draws combustion air from outdoors and sends exhaust outside. Direct vent is a strong choice when you want a gas fireplace with controlled venting and dependable supplemental heat.
Vent-free models do not require a chimney, which gives you more placement options and keeps nearly all produced heat in the room. We will help determine whether one is appropriate for your space and local requirements.
Electric models can be wall-mounted or built in and only need suitable electrical access. They are a flexible option when gas venting is not practical or ambiance matters more than high heat output.
Update an existing fireplace with a gas log set or insert. We will help you measure the opening and compare traditional and contemporary styles, controls and accessories.
03How to get started
Let us know whether you are planning a new installation, a wood-to-gas conversion or a replacement. Photos and rough measurements are helpful.
Visit the Bensalem showroom to see options in person, or arrange an in-home consultation so we can review the opening, venting and utility connections.
We will explain the recommended unit and installation requirements before work begins. In-home consultations are $99 and are credited toward an installation when you move forward.

05Repair or replace?
The unit is in otherwise good condition and the problem is limited to ignition, controls, cleaning, glass or the gas log set. We diagnose the problem before recommending work.
The fireplace is older, has recurring problems, parts are no longer available or you want a different heat output, style or venting setup. We can compare repair cost with suitable replacement options.
